為使大龍峒商圈永續發展,本團隊結合地方組織、青創、當地居民三股力量,營造商圈意象、行銷商圈特色,並融入互動參與,型塑出商圈的特色。

 

營造出商圈的特色

為營造商圈特色及良好的遊逛環境,本團隊結合大龍峒街廟與商圈特色,串聯周邊大橋頭延三商圈,共同推廣米食文化,並公開徵選LOGO,形塑商圈形象品牌,更新街區旗幟。

 

帶人走進商圈

本團隊運用在地人文歷史的導覽方法,展現當地的故事,並印製商圈導覽地圖,宣傳年度商圈規劃活動,提供詳細的景點、交通、文化、店家、遊程等介紹,連結在地店家成為資訊提供點,供民眾索取,此外,亦舉辦街區導覽及市集等活動,活絡大龍峒商圈。

 

行銷大龍峒

以大龍峒的在地景點、文化、店家為創意發想的起點,引入創意/設計團隊、特色店家進駐。藉由整合行銷的方式,發展商圈的特色,增加民眾停留商圈的時間,賦予商圈新的面貌。

 

本團隊更持續維運104年建置之「大龍峒商圈公民平台」臉書粉絲專頁,宣傳活動訊息、介紹大龍峒文化與特色店家,並與民眾交流、發想新創意,同時凝聚地方發展共識,促成公民自治及商圈營造。

In order to enable sustainable development in the Dalongdong shopping district, our team combined the three strengths of local organizations, youth entrepreneurship and local residents to create an image for the shopping district, market the regional characteristics, and integrate interactive participation to develop the main features of shopping district.

 

Building the main features of the shopping district

Our team linked the temple street feature of Dalongdong with the shopping district, and connected the surrounding Yanping N. Rd. Eatery and Shopping District to promote traditional Taiwanese rice dish culture. Also, a new logo was selected in an open audition to redesign the district banner with the main features of the shopping districts.

 

Bringing people into the shopping district

Our team incorporated the story of the local cultural history to the street tours of the area, and provided guide maps of the shopping district for the public, detailed information of local attractions, transportation, cultures, shop locations, and travel plans, while an annual activities list of the district marketed the promotion of the events. In addition, revitalizing the Dalongdong shopping district was achieved by organizing various street tours and market fairs.

 

Marketing the Dalongdong District

Using the local attractions, cultures and shops in Dalongdong as a foundation, our creative and design teams, as well as featured stores, were stationed in the district, and through integrative marketing techniques, the features of the shopping district increased the length of stay of visitors, and gave the shopping district a brand new image.

 

Our team operated the Facebook page of the “Dalongdong Shopping District Platform for Citizens” in 2015, to announce events, introduce Dalongdong culture and featured shops, and provided a platform to communicate with the public and generate new ideas. Moreover, this led to a consensus of the local community on the district’s development, and promoted autonomy to the development and management of the shopping district by the locals.
